How You Will Be Expected To Work?
All of our roles are home based and will require the use of a laptop and headset (provided by CH4B). Access to a strong stable and reliable internet connection along with a dedicated, distraction free work space is a must.
Throughout all roles, successful applicants may be required to make and receive calls via a dialler. All calls will be monitored and recorded. Depending on the role and key responsibilities, you may be expected to host virtual teams/zoom meetings and present our business hub subscription levels to key decision makers.

How do we do this?
Our members receive a dedicated Business Advisor who will invest time each month to understand what gaps or challenges they may have; they will then match the member to the right CH4B Expert Partner. Once an introduction has been made the Business Advisor follows up, liaising with partners and members ensuring an excellent standard of customer service is provided.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality who is confident and professional in their approach, with a basic understanding of business with the ability to communicate with senior decision makers and business owners in an articulate way.
