Can I change my membership at a later date?
Yes, you can upgrade from standard to premium membership, or change from monthly to annual payments at any time. If you choose to upgrade, you’ll pay a pro-rated amount for the remaining term.

What if I decide to cancel?
If you wish to cancel your membership you can do this in the “Manage my membership” section or by emailing us at hello@ch4b.co.uk. Please refer to your CH4B member agreement for full t&c’s.
Do you offer any discounts?
When you choose any membership and pay annually, you can save up to £1,594.
On all our memberships, when paying annually, you’ll receive two months free.
What is the minimum membership term?
All our annual plans have a 12 months membership term and our monthly membership plans offers total flexibility with only a 30 days notice period.
