What Do My Clients Get?
Your clients can access everything they need both personally and for their business all in one place. Clients will receive, all the benefits of the Core Membership, plus the option to upgrade to a Premium, Premium + or Elite Membership.
What is the process for my Clients joining?
We will create a co-branded landing page which can be updated to reflect your business. This can be shared with clients. They will simply need to click on the link to join.
A dedicate business advisor will also support your clients in their activation and onboarding into the CH4B ecosystem. The membership fee is reduced to £0.00 and the client is linked to your accounts through the back end of our system – linking the clients back to you.
Will you contact my clients without my knowledge?
No, before speaking with any client, we will always pre-approve a list of products/services you are happy for us to speak to your clients about. All enquiries made through the website come into CH4B directly and will not be passed directly onto CH4B Partners.
If the product/service is not on your tick list, we refer this client back to you, generating leads and opportunities on your behalf that you can action and follow up on. We will never discuss a
product/service/opportunity with a client without your pre-approval.
What if I already have a provider for a service you offer?
Not a problem, we will exclude these products and services from our approved list and refer any enquiries back to you to follow up on.
Who Will Be Managing My Clients?
Your clients are free to engage and utilise their membership benefits and members portal as desired. If your clients choose to engage with their dedicated business advisor through monthly productivity calls, or choose to upgrade they will receive the full benefits of their chosen level, including their own dedicated Business Coach with the higher membership tiers. Where possible we will allocate the same Business Advisor or Coach to all of your clients that choose to engage or upgrade, providing one central communication channel.
Can my clients contact you direct regarding their membership?
Once clients have joined the CH4B Business Hub we are more than happy to engage with clients directly. Any business owner can join the CH4B Business Hub via our website so we recommend all Accountants & Affiliates share the co-branded sign-up steps with clients straight away. This will help to ensure a smooth client onboarding process ensuring that all your clients are attributed to you, all captured through our CRM system.
Can my clients upgrade to a Premium, Premium + or Elite Membership?
How will I receive updates on your interactions with my clients?
All clients are linked to you via your CH4B Affiliate Partnership. During your monthly meetings with your business advisor, you will be given the opportunity to review any client engagement
with any of our CH4B partners, keeping you up to date and fully informed.
How will the introduction service for your Experts work?
If the enquiries received are within your pre-approved products and services list, we will contact your client directly and discuss their needs and requirements. Where applicable, we will schedule a Discovery Call for your client to meet with our experts.
