What if I’m not sure which membership fits?

What is the CH4B money back guarantee?
When you are on one of our annual plans you can receive a refund from months 4 onwards, with a 30 days notice period, subject to you attending months 1 to 3 coaching sessions.
Can I change my membership at a later date?
Yes, you can change between all membership levels, such as upgrading from core to premium plus membership, or change from monthly to annual payments at any time. If you choose to upgrade, you’ll pay a pro-rated amount for the remaining term. Please contact us for further assistance.
What if I decide to cancel?
If you wish to cancel your membership you can do this in the “Manage subscription” section of the members hub or by emailing us at hello@ch4b.co.uk. Please refer to your CH4B member agreement for full t&c’s.
Do I get one-to-one sessions or just group calls?
You’ll have one-to-one time for your plan plus access to group learning and specialists, all scheduled through CH4B.
CH4B Affiliate Partners
How will I receive updates on your interactions with my clients?
All clients are linked to you via your CH4B 4 Accountants membership. During your monthly meetings with your Business Advisor, you will be given the opportunity to review any client engagement with any of our CH4B Partners, keeping you up to date and fully informed.
What happens if I leave CH4B?
CH4B 4 Accountants members are free to cancel their membership subscription at any time. We hope you never leave us, however if you choose to, we will continue supporting your existing clients with their Free CH4B Core Membership. Providing they have been onboarded prior to you cancelling your membership.
Please note: You may forfeit the opportunity to earn additional fees from any client engagement from the date your membership is cancelled.
How will the introduction service to your Experts work?
If the enquiries received are within your pre-approved products and services list, we will contact your client directly and discuss their needs and requirements. Where applicable, we will schedule a Discovery Call for your client to meet with our experts. You are free to join the meeting should you wish, alternatively, we will work with your client on your behalf to ensure their needs are fulfilled.
If the enquiries fall outside our pre-approved list, we will refer this client back to you to follow up internally.
You will be kept up to date on all client engagement and updates as part of your monthly strategy meetings with your Business Advisor.
Who will be managing my Clients within CH4B?
Your clients are free to engage and utilise their membership benefits and members portal as desired. If your clients choose to upgrade they will receive the full benefits of a Premium member including their own dedicated Business Advisor.
Where possible we will allocate the same Business Advisor to all of your clients that choose to upgrade, providing one central communication channel.
Can my Clients contact you direct regarding their membership?
Any business owner can join the CH4B Business Hub via our website so we would recommend all CH4B 4 Accountants members communicate and share the co-branded landing page and sign-up steps with clients straight away. This will help to ensure a smooth client onboarding process and that all clients are onboarded correctly, linking their relationship to you, all captured through the system. The only way they can access their FREE Core Membership is through you.
Once clients have joined the CH4B Business Hub we are more than happy to engage with clients directly.
Do a certain number of my clients need to sign up for me to get my (free) membership?
The CH4B 4 Accountants membership costs just £4,757 + vat per year so it should not take long for us to produce additional fees covering the cost of your membership. We do not view the membership subscription as a cost to you, we look at this more as an investment.
We are offering a fantastic amount of value to you and your clients which we believe outweighs the membership fee. We are unable to offer a discount or waiver the membership fee due to the time and resource involved in delivering our service. We do the work so you don’t have to.
