We will ensure that the other partner is informed promptly when things change within the business, especially when the change could have a material impact upon them.

Each partner will ensure that the CH4B member is always at the centre of what we do, and not what is preferable to the partner.

Communication

The partners will maintain open communication to exceed expectations.

They will agree on regular updates about services and products, acknowledge any CH4B-related inquiries within 48 hours, educate their teams on the partnership details, collaborate on external communications, and prioritize transparency to nurture and grow their networks.

They will also ensure that their teams are well-informed about the partnership’s goals and the needs of CH4B members. Additionally, partners will collaborate to effectively communicate joint activities to external audiences, enhancing the partnership’s visibility and impact.

Expectations

We are committed to delivering exceptional service through clear agreements on timelines, deliverables, and outcomes. Partners will collaborate by sharing knowledge to provide the best solutions for CH4B members, always striving to “under promise and over deliver.” Any challenges will be addressed collectively, ensuring a resolution is found together.

We are open to new opportunities that benefit CH4B members and will continuously evaluate and evolve when service expectations are not met. Products and services will be delivered on or before agreed deadlines, with transparency about potential delays.
