CH4B Partnership Charter promotes proactive and positive lines of communication from the outset, to underpin and help achieve high levels of member satisfaction as well as healthy and proactive partner relationships.

As a CH4B Partner we ask;
That together we can ensure that the members receive a service that is in line with our vision and values.
Together we believe that if we strive to comply with the 3 Key principles of the Charter, we will make the relationships more effective, supportive and impactful for our members. This charter is not intended to replace contractual arrangements between partners. Rather, it hopes to create a clear mutually respectful way of working together for all parties based on professional standards.
CH4B Partnership - The 3 Key Principles of the Charter
Respect
We will work together in a respectful and professional manner by ensuring;
Each partner will treat the individual team members of the other partner’s business with the same respect and integrity that they would show to their own employees.
We will ensure that the other partner is informed promptly when things change within the business, especially when the change could have a material impact upon them.
Each partner will ensure that the CH4B member is always at the centre of what we do, and not what is preferable to the partner.
Communication
We will maintain open and honest communication to ensure all expectations are exceeded by;
Each partner will agree to regular CH4B member updates on services and products supplied by the
partner, the regularity of this will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.
Each partner will commit to acknowledging receipt of any CH4B member or partner referral, enquiry or
any other request within 48 hours.
We will help educate the other partner’s in-house teams so that they fully understand the nature of the
partnership, the other partner’s products or services, and the CH4B members they are collaborating on.
Where applicable each partner will help the other communicate the joint activities to an external
audience.
Each partner will always aim to be open and transparent to ensure that we can nurture and grow each
other’s network.
Expectations
We will always strive to deliver an exceptional service by;
Each partner will agree on timelines, deliverables and outcomes.
We will collaborate by sharing knowledge and insight to deliver the right solution for the CH4B member.
Each partner will always strive to ‘under promise and over deliver’.
Together we will overcome any challenges that may occur and agree a resolution collectively.
Each partner will agree to be open about other beneficial opportunities that may arise for the CH4B member
We will always deliver an exceptional service, and in situations where this has not been met, we will always
collectively evaluate, learn and evolve.
We will deliver products and services, on or before agreed deadlines. We will be open and honest if we believe that
timescales cannot be met.
We appreciate that the quality of a partner’s output will be in direct correlation to the quality of their input so we
will always aim to commit time for briefings and updates.
