EcoMatrix entered 2024 delivering high-quality construction and refurbishment projects with a strong reputation and consistent demand. With clearer visibility, improved estimating accuracy and stronger operational control, the leadership team quickly converted that momentum into predictable, healthy profitability.

Workflow Standardisation 

EcoMatrix introduced clearer, repeatable processes including weekly task reviews, subcontractor onboarding, automated site quality checks, and streamlined reporting and diary processes.

Working alongside CH4B and their accounting partner, the leadership team formed a new holding company, tightened cash flow rhythms, adopted profit-first thinking, improved tax planning and forecasting, and increased the speed and accuracy of financial reporting.
