CH4B launches Employment and Health & Safety Advisory Service with WorkNest for Premium tiers of membership.
New member benefit offers up to two hours of complimentary expert advice and optional One to One support to help UK SMEs act with confidence
CH4B has launched the CH4B Employment and Health & Safety Advisory Service, delivered by WorkNest, a trusted CH4B Approved Expert. The benefit is exclusive to Premium, Premium Plus and Elite members. It provides direct access to qualified HR, employment law and health and safety advisors, with up to two hours of complimentary guidance each year under CH4B’s fair use policy. Members can also choose One to One paid support at preferential CH4B rates for complex or ongoing matters.
The advisory line helps owner managers make confident and compliant decisions on people and safety issues. Members are encouraged to follow the golden rule: Ring before you act.

One to One support
Where a case needs more than a quick advisory call, members can extend into One to One support at preferential CH4B member rates. Typical uses include drafting or reviewing letters, contracts or policies, managing full disciplinary or grievance processes, redundancy or TUPE planning and documentation, and on site or virtual Health and Safety support such as risk assessments and action plans. Scope, timelines and costs are confirmed before any work starts.
How it works
The advice line operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Members call the dedicated number to speak with a WorkNest advisor. If the line is busy, calls made before 1pm receive a call back within four hours. To make the most of the time, members should come prepared with the issue, call rather than email where possible, and take their own notes. Members will be asked for their CH4B membership number.
This benefit is exclusive to Premium, Premium Plus and Elite members. Core members who wish to access the service can upgrade their membership.
