Your clients can access everything they need both personally and for their business all in one place. Clients will receive, all the benefits of the standard membership, plus the option to upgrade to Premium Membership.
Your CH4B 4 Accountants Membership will cost you £2,497 + Vat per Annum.
We will create a co-branded landing page which can be updated to reflect your practice. This can be shared with clients. They will simply need to click on the link to join.
The membership fee is reduced to £0.00 and the client is linked to your accounts through the back end of our system – linking the clients back to you.
No, before speaking with any client we will always pre-approve a list of products/services you are happy for us to speak to your clients about. All enquiries made through the website come into CH4B directly and will not be passed directly onto CH4B Partners. If the product/service is not on your tick list, we refer this client back to you – generating leads and opportunities on your behalf which you can action and follow up on. We will never discuss a product/service/opportunity with a client without your pre-approval.
Not a problem, we will exclude these products and services from our approved list and refer any enquiries back to you to follow up on.
The CH4B 4 Accountants membership gives you a fantastic opportunity to support clients in multiple areas outside of general compliance work. You can utilise our membership benefits and expert partners to enhance your current service offering. Supporting your clients better will ultimately provide you with more referrals and new clients for the future.
Yes of course, clients can upgrade at anytime through there CH4B member portal.
All clients are linked to you via your CH4B 4 Accountants membership. During your monthly meetings with your Business Advisor, you will be given the opportunity to review any client engagement with any of our CH4B Partners, keeping you up to date and fully informed.
CH4B 4 Accountants members are free to cancel their membership subscription at any time. We hope you never leave us, however if you choose to, we will continue supporting your existing clients with their Free CH4B Standard Membership. Providing they have been onboarded prior to you cancelling your membership.
Please note: You may forfeit the opportunity to earn additional fees from any client engagement from the date your membership is cancelled.
If the enquiries received are within your pre-approved products and services list, we will contact your client directly and discuss their needs and requirements. Where applicable, we will schedule a Discovery Call for your client to meet with our experts. You are free to join the meeting should you wish, alternatively, we will work with your client on your behalf to ensure their needs are fulfilled.
If the enquiries fall outside our pre-approved list, we will refer this client back to you to follow up internally.
You will be kept up to date on all client engagement and updates as part of your monthly strategy meetings with your Business Advisor.
Your clients are free to engage and utilise their membership benefits and members portal as desired. If your clients choose to upgrade they will receive the full benefits of a Premium member including their own dedicated Business Advisor.
Where possible we will allocate the same Business Advisor to all of your clients that choose to upgrade, providing one central communication channel.
Any business owner can join the CH4B Business Hub via our website so we would recommend all CH4B 4 Accountants members communicate and share the co-branded landing page and sign-up steps with clients straight away. This will help to ensure a smooth client onboarding process and that all clients are onboarded correctly, linking their relationship to you, all captured through the system. The only way they can access their FREE Standard Membership is through you.
Once clients have joined the CH4B Business Hub we are more than happy to engage with clients directly.
The CH4B 4 Accountants membership costs just £2,497 + vat per year so it should not take long for us to produce additional fees covering the cost of your membership. We do not view the membership subscription as a cost to you, we look at this more as an investment.
We are offering a fantastic amount of value to you and your clients which we believe outweighs the membership fee. We are unable to offer a discount or waiver the membership fee due to the time and resource involved in delivering our service. We do the work so you don’t have to.
